2014 Family Paddle Day
Come to Dowses Beach in Osterville on Wednesday, July 23rd from 5:00 to 8:00 pm to learn all about Stand Up Paddle-boarding and kayaking. We will be joined by the wonderful folks at Stand Up and Paddle Cape Cod, Eastern Mountain Sports and Sea Sports Cape Cod. All boards, kayaks and equipment will be provided. If you have ever wanted to learn how to stand up paddle-board or kayak, here is your chance. Learn how to paddle on the beautiful waters of East Bay. All proceeds benefit the many programs of Three Bays Preservation, a local environmental non-profit organization.

2014 PADDLE FOR THE BAYS - RACE CAPE COD
COME TO ROPES BEACH IN COTUIT, MASS AND JOIN THE RACE FOR CLEAN WATER!!
It's a test of speed and endurance for stand up paddle-boarders and kayakers on courses of varying difficulty. All ages and levels of paddlers can compete in a spirited challenge on the beautiful waters of Barnstable's Three Bays - Cotuit Bay, North Bay and West Bay. Not only will this event entitle the winners to prizes, they'll also have the chance to be designated "The Best Paddlers on Cape Cod!"
Join the RACE for clean water and paddle your hearts out for the love of our Bays!
The RACE takes place on Saturday, September 20th at Ropes Beach in beautiful Cotuit, MA. Registration begins at 7:00 am.
And don't forget to join us the night before the RACE for our official RACE dinner at Veteran's Hall in Osterville from 6:00-9:00 pm.

Cost: $65.00 online (plus a small handling fee) and $75.00 in person and the day of the RACE (for adults over the age of 16)
$25.00 online (plus a small handling fee) and $35.00 in person and the day of the RACE (for kids 16 and under)

Parking for the event is at Lowell Field, home of the Cotuit Kettleers, just a short walk away. The morning of the RACE, you may drive down to the beach to drop off boards and equipment only! There is NO PARKING at the beach!!!
This RACE is for kayakers and paddle-boarders, with prizes to the winners. The RACE benefits Three Bays Preservation, a small environmental non-profit organization situated in the Town of Barnstable. Join the RACE and paddle your hearts out for the love of our Bays!

For the first 100 entrants in the RACE, you will be supplied with a long sleeved t-shirt. Please provide your size: We have Youth size (medium only) and Adult sizes from small to XXL.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A RELEASE FORM WILL BE REQUIRED FROM EACH ENTRANT AT THE RACE MEETING PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EVENT.
ALL RACERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A PFD DURING THE RACE!!!!
