The annual Paddle for the Bays: RACE Cape Cod Organizing Committee invites your participation in The RACE in 2013. You or your company can enjoy the thrills of The RACE with a donation of cash, product or services for the Silent Auction, Raffle or Awards Presentations to be held during the exciting weekend's events in Osterville and in Cotuit on the weekend of September 20-21, 2013.
This competitive kayak and SUP paddling competition attracts entrants from all over Cape Cod and New England, and their friends and families accompany them to The RACE to cheer them on. Here's an opportunity to showcase your company, product or service before this crowd of consumers by including your product in the auction and in the raffle events held prior to and during The RACE. Not only is the event excellent commercial exposure for your brand - it is a statement of collaboration by your company with Three Bays Preservation, Inc., one of the leading water-quality advocacy and environmental groups on Cape Cod.
Give us a call today and our staff and volunteers will:
- Determine the most advantageous way to feature your company, product or service in The RACE.
- Arrange to pick up materials for photography - for your company to be featured on The RACE auction website and in our promotional program via Facebook.
- Design and prepare a proper display so that your donation will shine at the opening of the auction and at the Raffle during the Official RACE Dinner on Friday, September 20th, in the Veteran's Hall in Osterville.
- Transport your display to the Official RACE Tent for the continuation of the Auction on Ropes Beach, Cotuit, on Saturday, September 21st.
- Prepare and deliver a receipt for your tax records for the value of your product/service donation.
